1/2 green apple
1/4 frozen banana
1 tbsp hemp seeds or True Organic Chia Seeds
1tbsp True WPI90 French Vanilla
1 tsp maca powder
1 tsp True Organic Greens Powder
1 tsp matcha (optional)
1 kale leaf
1/2 cup almond milk
1/2 coconut water
1/4 cup coconut cream or yoghurt
Small handful of ice
