Ingredients
1 TP scoop of True Plant Protein in French Vanilla
1 tsp of spirulina
2 large handfuls of baby spinach
1 large ripe frozen banana
¼ of an avocado
1-2 cups of coconut water
2 Tbsp of hemp seeds
A handful of strawberries for topping
Method

Pop everything in a blender and blitz until well combined. Add as much or as little of coconut water depending on how thin or thick you like the consistency of your smoothie

Pour into a serving glass and top with extra hemp seeds and some fresh strawberries
