Ingredients
Base:
150g quick oats
40g True WPI 90 in French Vanilla
3/4 cup desiccated coconut
150g white chocolate, melted
3 tbsp coconut oil
Passionfruit Topping:
2/3 cup fresh passionfruit pulp (can use frozen)
1 tbsp raw sugar
Method

Add the oats, protein powder, desiccated coconut, white chocolate and coconut oil to a bowl and mix until combined.

Spread the mixture onto a small lined baking tray and place into the fridge.

To make the topping, add the passionfruit and sugar into a small saucepan and stir on low heat until reduced by a third.

Spoon the passionfruit mixture onto the slice and place into the fridge to set for 4 hours. Cut into 12 slices and enjoy!
