Ingredients:

1 cup frozen peaches, diced

30g (4 level tbsps) True Protein WPI 90 in French Vanilla

1 tsp chia seeds

1 tsp honey

1/2 cup ice

1/2 cup almond milk

 

Method:

1. Place all ingredients into a high-speed blender and blend on high until smooth and creamy. Pour into desired glass and enjoy!
