Ingredients
Base Layer
1 cup desiccated coconut
1 cup oats
2 scoops True WPI90 in Choc Peanut Butter
50g rice malt syrup
2 Tbsp coconut oil
4 Tbsp boiling water
Peanut Butter Layer
1/2 cup peanut butter
1/2 cup almond coconut milk
2 Tbsp pure maple
1 Tbsp coconut oil
Crumble Layer
1 crumbled True Protein Bar Salted Caramel
Method

Add all the ingredients of the base into a blender and blend until combined

Once combined, press firmly into the bottom of a lined baking tray and set aside in freezer while making the peanut butter layer

In a bowl, stir together all the ingredients until smooth and spread evenly across the base and set back in the freezer

Once peanut butter layer is semi-hardened, crumble over the bar of choice

Place back in the freezer and leave for 2 hours or overnight before slicing
