Ingredients
160g flour
40g True Protein WPI90 in Natural
2 tsp baking powder
230g low-fat Greek yoghurt
1/2 cup tomato paste
1 tsp italian herbs
1/2 tsp garlic powder
100g ham, diced
100g cheese, grated
Method
1. Preheat oven to 180 degrees Celsius and line a medium sized baking tray with baking paper.
2. Add the flour, protein powder, baking powder and yoghurt to a bowl and mix until a dough begins to form. Knead for 2-3 minutes until the dough becomes stretchy. Form into a ball and set aside to rest for 10 minutes.
3. Press the dough onto a floured surface to form a rough rectangular shape. Using a rolling pin, roll the dough out to a 30cm x 25cm rectangle.
4. Spread the tomato paste over the dough, sprinkle with herbs and garlic powder then top with the ham and cheese.
5. Roll into a log and slice into 12 equal portions.
6. Place onto the baking tray and bake for 25 to 30 minutes until golden brown. Allow to cool for 15 minutes before serving. Enjoy!
