Ingredients
1 ½ cups rolled oats
60g (8 level tbsps) True Protein WPI 90 in French Vanilla
2 tbsp mixed seeds (flaxseeds, hemp seeds, chia seeds)
½ cup peanut butter
¼ cup + 2 tbsp rice malt syrup
¼ cup coconut oil
35g mini M&M’s
25g (1 packet) mini pretzels
Method
1. Preheat your oven to 180°C.
2. In a large bowl, combine the rolled oats, True WPI90, mixed seeds, peanut butter, rice malt syrup, and coconut oil. Stir until everything is well combined.
3. Crush the pretzels into smaller pieces. Add them to the bowl along with the mini M&Ms (reserving a bit of each to place on top). Mix until evenly distributed.
4. Transfer the mixture to a lined baking tin, scatter over the remaining pretzels and M&M’s and press down firmly.
5. Place in the oven and bake for 10-12 minutes, or until the slice is lightly golden on top.
6. Allow the slice to cool completely before cutting it into pieces (this will prevent it crumbling while slicing). You can also place it in the fridge to firm up.
