Ingredients:
4 cups raw almonds
Generous pinch salt
1/2 tsp cinnamon
1 scoop True Protein WPI in Toffee Caramel or Salted Caramel
Method:

Preheat oven to 180 degrees celsius fan forced.

Roast almonds for about 10 minutes, or until they turn a darker brown colour. Allow to cool.

Add the almonds to a high powered food processor and begin blending on high. This takes approx. 15 minutes in total of blending, occasionally stopping to scrape down the sides. Just blending until it becomes an almond butter!

Add in the salt, cinnamon and protein and blend until well combined.

Add to jars and enjoy!
