Toffee Caramel Pancakes

Prep time: 15 minutes

Per serving:

Calories 435

Protein 42g

Carbohydrates 50g

Fat 7g

 

Ingredients: 

1 medium banana 

2 eggs 

1/2 cup rolled oats 

1/2 cup whole meal flour 

1 tsp baking powder

2 scoops True Protein WPI in Toffee Caramel

1/2 cup milk of choice 

 

Method: 

  1. Add all ingredients to a blender and blend until smooth. 

  2. Cook in a lightly greased pan, flipping the pancakes once bubbles start to form. 

  3. Serve with topics of choice, such as tahini, maple syrup, cinnamon and banana. Enjoy!
