Ingredients
½ cup rolled oats
½ cup brown sugar sweetener
1 cup peanut butter
1 egg (whisked)
3 heaped tbsp True Collagen Powder (Natural)
Method

Preheat oven to 165C and prepare a baking tray with baking paper.

Put all ingredients in a bowl and mix well with a spoon.

Once combined, create 10-12 balls with cookie mixture and flatten the top surface with a fork on the tray.

Place in the oven for 10-12 minutes or until slightly golden. These were cooked on the lighter side to allow for a chewy texture. Enjoy!
