Ingredients:
3/4 cup skim milk
20g (2.5 tbsps) True Protein WPI 90 in Salted Caramel
1 tbsp low-fat cream cheese
1 tbsp granulated sweetener
1/4 tsp salt
4 pretzel biscuits, crushed
1 medjool date, diced

Place the milk, protein powder, cream cheese, sweetener and salt into a high-speed blender and mix until smooth.

Next, turn on the ice cream maker and pour mixture into the frozen freezer bowl. Operate for 20 to 25 minutes until smooth and creamy.

Add in the pretzel biscuits and date pieces and operate for a further minute. If you like a soft consistency then serve immediately otherwise spoon into a freezer-safe container and freeze for 4 hours. Enjoy!
