FAQs
FAQs
Who is this stack for?
It’s designed for women in perimenopause, menopause or the years after, when changing hormone levels can affect muscle mass, bone density and skin elasticity. It’s built to support strength, skin, joints and recovery as part of a daily routine.
Do I need to be in menopause to take it?
Each product in the stack can be used on its own by any healthy adult. The stack simply brings together three products that suit the changes many women notice during this stage of life.
Can I take all three products together?
Collagen + Vitamin C and Creatine Monohydrate mix easily into one morning drink, as does Magnesium+ if you're using the Natural flavour. Alternatively, they can be taken separately as suits your routine. Follow the serving directions for each product.
Why is creatine included? Isn’t it just for athletes?
Creatine is one of the most extensively researched supplements in sports nutrition, but its role isn’t limited to athletes. It increases the energy available to your muscles, and when paired with resistance training, helps maintain lean muscle and strength over time. That’s particularly relevant during menopause, when muscle mass naturally becomes harder to hold onto.
Why does the collagen contain vitamin C?
Your body needs vitamin C to produce its own collagen. Pairing it with hydrolysed collagen peptides (collagen broken down into smaller pieces for easier absorption) means you’re supplying both the building blocks and a nutrient your body uses to make collagen.
When is the best time to take Magnesium+?
Magnesium supports muscle relaxation and recovery, so taking it later in the day fits naturally into an evening routine. That said, it can be taken at any time that suits you.
How long until I notice a difference?
The benefits build with consistent daily use. Strength, skin and recovery support come through repetition over weeks and months rather than overnight, so we recommend taking the stack daily as part of your routine.
Does this replace HRT or medication prescribed by my doctor?
This stack is a nutritional supplement designed to complement a healthy diet and lifestyle. It is not a treatment for menopause and does not replace any medication or advice from your healthcare professional. If you’re taking medication or managing a health condition, speak with your GP before starting.
Can I take this if I already use a magnesium or multivitamin supplement?
Check the labels of anything else you take, as you may already be getting magnesium, zinc or vitamin B6 from other sources. If you’re unsure, talk to your GP or pharmacist about combining supplements.
